Meet Our Core Expert: Mr. Ajay Joshi

Mr. Ajay Joshi is a veteran IT leader with over 30 years of experience, having held key positions at global organizations like GE and Citigroup. As Vice President at Citigroup in Jacksonville, FL, he managed a $200 million Chordiant implementation. His cross-border experience in the US and India gives him a well-rounded view of client expectations and delivery excellence. In the last decade, he has transitioned his deep operational knowledge into training, conducting sessions for top firms on project management, ERP, and customer satisfaction. Ajay now leads ERP Consultants India, guiding organizations through complex IT and change management initiatives.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION USING KANO ANALYSIS

Kano Analysis, a framework used in manufacturing to categorize product features, has been mapped by our experts for services. In this workshop, we talk about ways in which the Kano framework can be used to first understand all the activities that one needs to perform and then categorise. At the end of this workshop, participants understand that all activities are not equal. Some are more important than others. And ONLY a few will cause customer delight but desire to seek that has to be continued through the engagement.

PROJECT PLANNING

The way most projects are planned, don't account for business impact or risks. They also don't account for where the customer needs most time to think through the solution and understand what works well for their end customers. This is a new Project Planning approach, which ensures mitigation of high risks, identification of business impacts and balancing needs of customers as well as execution teams. Once people have understood the new way of Project Planning, they will never go back to primitive project planning methods currently in use.
